Decide on a budget. Work with one of our recommended home loan officers or choose your own to get pre-approved. Finance your project through your financial institution or with Legendary Homes.

Find the perfect location to build your home on with one of our realtors, select one of our available lots, or build with us on a lot that you already own.
HOME DESIGN
Choose from one of our floor plans or work with our team to design a custom home that fits your needs.
BIDDING PROCESS & CONTRACT
Our building contract includes the final floor plan, plot map of land, closing date, warranty information, detailed list of allowances, and an accurate total cost to build your home.
CONSTRUCTION
Dreams become reality! Keeping an excellent line of communication ensures the process flows smoothly and quickly. This allows the average construction time from breaking ground until closing to only be 5-6 months.
NEW HOME ORIENTATION
During this part of the process you'll partake in a detailed final walk through to ensure everything exceeds your expectations. This is also closing day!
WARRANTY
Legendary Homes has so much confidence in our subcontractors, materials, and craftsmanship of our homes that we provide a 2-year warranty.
We have built a few homes from other companies in the past. This has, hands down, been the best experience so far. The house is beautiful, practical, well thought out, as well as high quality and solid. The trim and everything is gorgeous and professionally done. The builder exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with our home. Casey is also responsive and takes a lot of pride in his work, if we ever decide to build again it will be with Legendary Homes. Fantastic builder.

ABOUT US
I'm Casey Olheiser, the owner of Legendary Homes. I grew up on a farm near New England, North Dakota, where I worked for my dad, Stan — a Dickinson-based homebuilder.
Building and being involved in the construction of homes has always been a passion of mine. In 2013 I decided to pursue that passion and began creating custom, unique homes for the Bismarck-Mandan and surrounding communities.
My wife, Lacey, and I are proud parents to our twins, Greyson and Kaia. When I'm not building homes or spending time with my family, I enjoy hunting and being outdoors.
